Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain real estate files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed
- Assist in transcribing legal documents and correspondence
- Computerize property listings and update databases with property information
- Conduct data entry tasks to input property details and client information
- Coordinate projects related to property listings and client communications
- Provide clerical support such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist in managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a real estate would be a plus but not required
- Proficiency in project coordination and office management tasks
- Familiarity with KW Command, Office, Word, Excel would be beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate multiple schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.
99 - $18.
47 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
