The Service Technician at All American Services Of Ga is responsible for performing residential service calls, including no heat or no cool demand calls, completing warranty service calls, and conducting tune-up visits.
The Service Technician must have at least three years of experience as a service technician, a clean DMV report, EPA certification, and flexibility to work weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to residential service calls for heating or cooling system malfunctions, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.
2.
Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and customer commitments.
3.
Conduct 19-point tune-ups on heating and cooling systems ,ensuring proper functioning and performance.
4.
Accurately record data in the customer database, including model and serial numbers, warranty information, and details of services provided.
5.
Collect payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
6.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
7.
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently.
8.
Collaborate with other team members, including dispatchers and service managers, to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls.
9.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills by attending training sessions, workshops, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
10.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety in all aspects of work.
11.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service calls, including work orders, invoices, and customer communications.
12.
Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical or vocational training in HVAC is preferred.
2.
Minimum of three years of experience as a service technician in residential HVAC systems.
3.
Clean DMV report with a valid driver's license.
4.
EPA certification for handling refrigerants is mandatory.
5.
Strong technical knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
