POSITION DATA
Position Title – Site Supervisor
Location: We operate in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Travel to jobsites is required.
Hourly rates are based on the Prevailing Wage Rates designated by the county where the project is located.
This currently varies from $60-$97/Reg per hour.
Fair Labor Standards Act Status – Non-Exempt (Hourly Position)

FUNCTIONAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Site Supervisor is to work in tandem with the Construction Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager of Construction to provide consistent, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely analysis of projects.
This role requires excellent attendance, a willingness to travel, the ability to work within budgets, and potentially in inclement weather.
This role will work in conjunction with the Construction Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager of Construction, Operations Analyst, subcontractors, and the Head of Business Operations to develop accurate and efficient project management and analysis.
SPECIFIC TASKS INCLUDE:
Maintain and meet construction schedule deadlines that comply with customer requirements.
Help the Pre-Construction team develop an initial construction schedule, bill of materials, and site-specific manuals.
Coordinate with Subcontractors throughout the construction of the project to ensure deadlines are being met.
Lead day-to-day operations for the entire site, including morning safety talks and the distribution of job assignments.
Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure we stay aligned with our Construction schedule.
Submit all necessary paperwork for customer-related discussions, including daily and weekly site reports.
Identify process improvement strategies to support business growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong customer service, Positive attitude, Highly motivated, Superior problem-solving skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting design and civil engineering drawings.
Ability to perform tasks with no supervision other than office oversight.
Site Leadership on a PV Install over 3 MW.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician Card.
PREFERRED SKILLS
QC/QA Work on a PV Install over 3 MW.
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation.
Proficient in engineering software (i.
e.
AUTOCAD or Bluebeam).
Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with co-workers, county officials, and the general public.
Demonstrated ability to comply with appropriate safety regulations.
18+ years of age with a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and proof of insurance
Comfortable working on a roof if needed.
Knowledge of OSHA and Fall Protection is a bonus.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Site Supervisors oversee, guide and manage the work of subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and all employees on their site.
They may also be responsible for QA/QC and other documentation for the customer based on need.
The primary direction will come from the Head of Business Operations.
AUTHORITY
Authority for the Site Supervisor will be oversight for all employees and Subcontractors on your site.
Project Managers will also have this authority over the entire site.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
The job performance of the Site Supervisor will be determined by a company-wide peer review, administered by the President or Head of Business Operations.
