* Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service.
* Work independently or with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
* Carry out flooring installations with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
*Basic Requirements:* * Ability to pass a background check.
* Possession of an EIN number.
* General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
* Must own a vehicle (e.
g.
, truck/van) to transport flooring products to job sites.
* Ownership of necessary flooring installation tools.
* Preferred: Ability to lead or work with helpers (multi-crews).
