Responsibilities: • Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and areas assigned.
• Conduct morning start-up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans in the zone.
• Train and guide hourly employees within a zone of operation.
• Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility.
• Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps.
• Track and input metrics for the assigned zone.
• Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
• Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation.
• Ensure all company-supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment.
