I own my own home in Evans in a nice quiet neighborhood.
It is equipped with WiFi, large screen TV’s, Netflix, AC/heat and all the other standard amenities.
I am seeking a roommate or two to occupy the vacant, furnished rooms with private bathrooms in my home.
Since I travel for work the majority of the time the roommates will be responsible for keeping the place neat and tidy.
I keep the place very clean, but do not want to come home to a mess or have to clean up behind you.
The roommate will be a live in girlfriend/companion!
The room you will get is furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, lounge chair, etc.
If you would like to bring your own furniture that is fine and I will move this into storage.
Rules:
No smoking in the house (outside is fine)
No excessive drinking
No parties (game nights acceptable)
No drugs
