These are short term rentals for travelling nurses, travelling lab tech, Plant Vogtel, SRS, and international Medical students doing rotation like UHMS and AUA are welcome.

all hardwood floors, except in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which are carpet and tile, respectively.
Each individual gets he/r own private bedroom, private bathroom.
the rooms are furnished, have the internet.
they have flat screens in each room you can hook up a fire- stick to, and WiFi is throughout the house.
you have access to the laundry, kitchen, living room, ect.
It is a quiet, clean, and a safe place.
It is on a quiet street.
it’s about ten minutes from Trinity hospital, 4 minutes from University AKA “Pediment “and AU hospitals.
its roughly 15 minutes from Doctors Hospital.
its peaceful living.
No smoking, no drugs, no parties.
no pets, no overnight guest.
Kitchen closes by 8pm, unless you are working second or night shifts.
its a single room occupancy!
I only rent to two people at a time, so you will not be over crowded.
there are rules in the home that apply a crossed the board.
They are in place to maintain a sturdy, safe atmosphere for everyone.
Especially those individuals sleeping due to long rotations, ect.
This home is geared for short term rentals only, people doing rotations, medical students doing rotations, traveling nurses and lab techs doing contract work, Vogtel and SRS outage workers.
There is no long term living arrangements at this location.
There is a washer and dryer on location.
All pots, pans, forks, ect are already in the home.
All you need to bring is your own computer, blankets, toiletries, clothing.
Food is not included.
Maid service is not included.
The price is $700 a month, everything included.
