*What we require:*
* Minimum 3 years multi-family experience/2 years as a multisite property manager.
* Prior lease up experience required.
* High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
* Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
* Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
* Experience with Entrata is preferred.
*What you are expected to provide:*
* Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.
e.
the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
* Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
* Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
* Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
* Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
* Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
