Green Quaker with Attitude (Aiken)

Year old female Quaker born with one blind eye but she was vetted as healthy.
She had a tough start in life spending her first 3 weeks in an incubator while being hand fed.
She is NOT a future breeder and should not be bred.
She was handled more than any other baby I was hand feeding but has become fresh due to not being handled in a while.
I feel with more attention she will make a great friend for the person who works with her but she needs an experienced bird person with patience and time who understands her limited sight can cause her to be startled at times.
She does talk a bit.
She is not free and I will be very picky about where she goes.
