Clinic Coordinator

Aviator Pain & Spine, LLC works to the premier interventional pain center in the Augusta/Grovetown area! We are excited to recruit an office coordinator as we grow together! ```Duties``` - Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the clinic - Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist with patient registration and intake processes - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow -Provides assistance with procedural guidance (fluoro/ultrasound) - Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment - Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulations ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Proven experience in a healthcare or medical office setting - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with insurance verification processes is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
