Summary
CTC Group is seeking an Active Geolocation Senior Mentor, Level 3, for a contingent position, to provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of active geolocation operations.

Qualifications
Current, active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
Five (5) years of operation experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision geolocation solutions of known actionable personal communication devices (PCDs) using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) with NSA, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor).
Current instructor certification in one or more active geolocation technologies (i.
e.
2G, 3G, CDMA, and WiFi) is required.
To initially qualify for this labor category, it is only necessary to have one instructor certification for each contractor.
It is highly desired that each contractor obtain multiple instructor certifications over a period of time.
As a team, all of the aforementioned instructor certifications must be obtained.
Additionally, Instructor Evaluator certification in one (1) or more technologies is highly desirable:
Remote Airborne Active Geolocation of the following:
Global System Mobile (GSM) utilizing GILGAMESH or NEBULA
Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) utilizing COLLEGIAL or NEBULA
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.
11 Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) utilizing WARIO
Experience in the following is highly desired:
Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile
CDMA 2000 Evolution - Data Only (EVDO)
