Responsibilities
Greeting guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
Study and learn every element of each dish and beverage
Work under the direction of our managers and chefs
Effectively pass information from kitchen to the service team
Ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly
Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure service exceeds expectations to create a memorable and pleasant dining experience
Inspect dining areas to establish proper maintenance and cleanliness while meeting sanitation standards
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Fine Dining Service Experience Required
3+ years experience preferred
Customer Service
Food Safety Knowledge
Experience using POS Systems
