Description: CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared SIGINT Geospatial Analyst (SGA) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area.
The day-to-day: · Applies geographic information science in response to intelligence needs using SIGINT data collected from foreign systems.
· This includes the application of temporal and spatial thinking in interpreting SIGINT data in geographic context.
· Such interpretation requires skills, knowledge, and abilities drawn from multiple disciplines in order to undertake spatial data manipulation, spatial data analysis, spatial statistical analysis and spatial modeling.
· Have a fundamental knowledge of geospatial SIGINT data, analytical methods, and visualization, in addition to technical knowledge of target technologies.
· Use the various systems and tools that facilitate spatial analysis.
· Maintain or support maintenance of reference knowledge databases and dissemination of intelligence.
The qualifications (required): · Must be a US Citizen · Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph · This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA): o Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience o Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience o Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience o Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience · Minimum of High School Diploma · Relevant experience must be in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems.
In addition, may include work in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.
g.
, collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD.
Formal leadership experience is preferred.
The nice-to-haves (desired, not required): · DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Certification, (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).
· Degree in geospatial information systems, geography, or a related field is preferred · Is familiar with basic SGA policies.
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
