Maintenance Technician, Augusta, GA

Primary Duties/ Must Have Knowledge of: Inspect and maintain buildings to ensure they are in the best possible condition and are consistent with health and safety regulations Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance at our facilities Use skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electricity to make repairs as needed General upkeep of the company air compressors and company machinery Ensure heating/plumbing systems preform to optimum functionality Upkeep of landscaping Respond quickly in the event of emergency Conduct maintenance of electrical systems Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Maintain heating/plumbing system to ensure functionality Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role 18+ years of age Must have experience with electrical and air compressor repairs Ability to be on time and reliable Good attitude, self-motivated, and team player Benefits: Competitive Salary Medical, dental, and vision plan options at affordable employee contribution rates Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company contributions Healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) Voluntary insurance options – life, short term/ long term disability, etc.
