What You'll Do in This Position The Director, Business Management and Program Support will support the Pu Programs & Ops in the development, communication and implementation of strategic objectives and policies and will provide leadership and direction of Pu Plutonium programs and functions in support of the Pit Plutonium Project.
Major Responsibilities Supports Senior Vice President in the complete operation of Pu Programs & Ops functions.
-Responsible to drive communication and execution of the strategic objectives which integrate technical, operational, and functional resources of the business throughout the organization -Direct the division’s business systems to effectively and efficiently to meet both internal and external commitments -Provide consistent long and short ranged budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, integration, resource planning and negotiation in support of performance incentives and contract deliverables -Lead the integration and development of Human Capital Plan to seamlessly support workforce of the future - talent management through personnel development -Foster precepts of safety, security, integrity, teamwork and customer satisfaction resulting in an organization which is agile and flexible enough to accomplish the changing needs of the organization and customer(s).
-Achieve business objectives through teamwork that develops mutual respect, trust, confidence and talents of the individuals involved.
-Serve as “honest broker”/sounding board, mentor, coach and guide to staff.
-Projects as assigned by Executive Staff.
Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications.
Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.
S.
citizenship.
Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.

Clearance Required to Perform Job? Q Qualifications We Require High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent State Credential Qualifications We Desire Prior experience in the following areas: Business Management, Financial Management, Contracts, and/or Supply Chain.
MBA is also preferred.
