Job Summary:
The Assistant Wellness Director is a dynamic pillar of support for the Wellness Director, playing a key role in upholding the high standards of care for our residents while nurturing staff development.
This position is pivotal in guiding and training our team, skillfully interpreting policies through the lens of exceptional nursing practice.
With a knack for administration and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you will manage the schedules of our CNA’s, CMA’s, and PSA’s, contributing significantly to their training and evaluation.

Skills and Qualifications:
· Current valid LPN license
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communication
· Previous supervisory experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
· Ability to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers, residents, and staff
