Position Description Advertised Job Summary Re-advertised Enrollment Communications Manager (Public Info Coord), Salary $41,258, USC Aiken Enrollment Management Division The Enrollment Communications Manager oversees enrollment communication for all enrollment management offices.
Manages daily activities of artificial intelligence system and customer relationship management system.
Coordinates technologically-based and print communications with prospective students and parents.
Assists with enrollment communication planning, development, and implementation as directed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in electronic and/or print communication plan development; experience in managing university-based CRM and/or artificial intelligence systems; experience with Ellucian Banner and /or; Technolutions (Slate CRM); demonstrated success in managing university admissions/ and/or enrollment technology programs or projects.

Job Duties Job Duty Coordinate enrollment communication and marketing strategies utilizing the Slate customer relationship management (CRM) and AdmitHub artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
Oversee daily utilization of new CRM.
Serve as lead for ongoing growth of CRM and artificial intelligence (AI) communications and provide training to staff members.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Assist the Associate Vice Chancellor with marketing and communication projects and initiatives for Offices of Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, Transfer Initiatives/Services, and Registrar in order to increase and maintain enrollment.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Oversee daily operations of enrollment management artificial intelligence (AI) system and resultant communications.
Provide creative leadership for messaging and other enrollment enhancement activities using AI and other available communication methods.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Coordinate development and delivery of publications and electronic communications for Division of Enrollment Management.
Work with on campus and off campus marketing teams to produce and implement effective print and online communication collateral.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Attend enrollment events and perform other duties as assigned for the operation of the Division of Enrollment Management.
