The Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta (LCCA) is seeking a Registered Nurse (Full Time) to deliver quality direct care for our residents under appropriate clinical supervision, as well as safety and supervision and crisis management to adults with psychiatric disorders.

Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher, Current GA or SC compact RN License
1-2 years psychiatric setting experience preferred
Able to meet physical, mental and emotional demands of position
\* Walking, running, standing, lifting
\*CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain post hire
\* Willingness to obtain Handle With Care (therapeutic hold techniques) post hire
\* Assisting with protective/therapeutic holds and escorts as needed
\* Ability to provide coaching, teaching, demonstrating, motivation and role modeling as needed and required
