Job Summary:
As an Xpress Lube Technician, you will utilize your expertise and customer service skills to perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned and in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Inspection of vehicle
· Recommendations to vehicle for maintenance and repair
· Rotate and Balance Tires
· Mount and Balance Tires
· Lube/Oil/Filter changes
· Minor mechanical repairs
· Work with Mechanics and Manager on any issues found
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Computer literate
· Must be team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
· Great mechanical skills
· Lube Tech experience preferred
· Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
· Available to work Saturdays
Education/Experience:
· High School Diploma
· Automotive Service Technician Experience
· Valid U.
S.
Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
· Must be able to tolerate working in hot and cold weather
· Must be able to kneel, bend, twist
· Must be able to lift up to 50 without assistance
