LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and collecting patient history.
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and dressing changes.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Athenahealth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide case management services to patients, coordinating their healthcare needs and ensuring continuity of care.
- Assist with occupational health services, including physical examinations and health screenings.
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations.
```Qualifications``` - Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of [State].
- Previous experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and EMR systems, such as Athenahealth, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with occupational health services is beneficial.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
- Experience with coding and billing is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities is important.
