Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse 7am to 7pm

```Duties``` - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and record patient vital signs - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Perform basic nursing procedures, including wound care and dressing changes - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records ```Requirements``` - Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license - Proficiency in IV insertion and catheterization - Experience with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth - Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9 coding - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as ICU or ER settings - Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
