Position Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery as a member of the care team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Provides individualized, direct patient care to promote restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals.
Position Requirements
Current Licensed to practice as a nurse (LPN) in the State of Georgia or have an active Multi-State LPN Compact License.
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Requirements
2 or more years of experience in an LPN role in the specialized area.
