Responsibilities:
In This Role:
Agents will take high volume inbound calls from customers who are trying to avoid service disruption
The customers have received notice that they need to pay on their account or may be disconnected
Customers may call to request start of new service, cancelling existing service, or transferring service
Offering excellent customer service
Patience, soft skills – de-escalation, computer skills (must be able to navigate through multiple screens and speak at the same time)
Challenge – must be able to take aggressive calls and not react negatively
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
At least one year of RECENT call center experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen within 48 hours
