Nugent, PC (“KSN”) is one of the largest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in Georgia, with nine locations throughout the state.
We are looking for a Settlement Clerk at our Duluth, GA location.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, organized, and possess impeccable communication skills.
The nature of our business requires everyone who is in direct or in-direct contact with our clients to demonstrate with each interaction that our firm cares and are there to fight for them.
*Responsibilities:*
* Review bills/ records
* Negotiating outstanding balance and liens with medical and insurance provider
* Drafting and sending balance waiver and/or reduction letters to clinics and insurance companies (any and all parties involved).
* Create Settlement Statements based on attorney fees, bills paid, etc.

*Requirements*
* 2+ years Plaintiff's Personal Injury Experience
* Strong Math/accounting skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Neos legal software (preferred)
