Experience in industrial settings is required to be considered
Experience managing industrial projects (mechanical, electrical, structural)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Secure and manage all necessary resources, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Oversee all project activities, including design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
Mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges.
Implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
Conduct regular progress reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools (e.
g.
, Primavera P6, MS Project).
OSHA training
A Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) designation is a plus.
