Front of House Manager

Carolina Ale House is seeking a talented Front of House Managers to join our team in Augusta, GA! We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and assist in overseeing daily operations.
As the Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front-of-house operations.
If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with work schedule including working late nights and weekends.
The average number of working hours are 55 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house operations, including host/hostess stand, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Provide ongoing training for front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in service and adherence to company standards.
Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees.
Manage inventory levels of front-of-house supplies.
Handle customer complaints and conflicts effectively and professionally.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash.
Qualifications: Minimum two years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
