Responsibilities:
• Manage the service part portfolio for side by sides, ATV’s, and snowmobiles.
• Develop innovative ways to attract returning customers to service and maintenance
components and analyze and implement best practices from competitors and adjacent
industries.
• Analyze category P&L and recommend corrective actions to improve results, support
recommendations with strong business rationale.
• Lead the efforts to identify substitutions and replacements for no longer available components.
• Develop sunset plans to ensure that vehicles are properly supported with service parts after
exiting serial production.
• Continually rationalize product offerings to ensure that portfolio is the right size for volume and
revenue.
• Implement and lead forecasting processes to maintain inventory targets and minimize excess
and obsolete inventory.
• Partner with content and ecommerce teams to maintain accurate marketing content,
collaborate with customer service, warranty, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure
that service parts are setup, forecasted, and in stock at new vehicle launches, work with pricing
team to develop and refine service part pricing strategies.
• Identify proper part kitting opportunities that allow SKU optimization while service customer
needs.
• Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and

Qualifications:
• Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sales, or other related
field required
• Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Self-motivator that can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
