Quality Assurance Field Manager

This position requires specialized skills and knowledge to handle the challenges and complexities of the offices and project quality activities.
With authoritative decision-making this role’s recommendations have a significant impact on regional and offices quality policies and programs.
This role directs the work of assigned quality personnel.
• Oversee technical quality (i.
e.
, adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements), perform administrative functions (i.
e.
, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, etc.
), and help to maintain harmonious client relations • Communicate effectively with all labor grades, and contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel • Serve as project Quality Assurance Manager, • Facilitate the implementation of the Operating System Requirements (OSR) and/or Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP) on projects as necessary, • Manages Project internal/external audits and surveillance activities, • performs other duties as assigned Notice to Candidates: Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.

Basic Job Requirements • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eighteen (18) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements • U.

1d, ASME NQA-1 Preferred Qualifications • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering/technical preferred • Advanced degree (e.
g.
