Warehouse Supervisor

*Job Description* * Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements * Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
* Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Develops and implements an effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
* Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives.
Resolves problems and identifies trends.
*Skills and Qualifications Required* * Ability to manage processes * Ability to manage team members effectively * Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Basic computer literacy * Data entry management * Experience with warehouse safety protocols * Deadline Orientated * Forklift certified Driver * Previous warehouse operations experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
