```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Enter and maintain accurate client information in the database
```Skills```
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent analytical skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Note: Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
